Job Summary: We are seeking Technical Support and Help Desk Analysts to maintain and configure systems and networks, providing user support. Key Highlights: 1. We are a Customs Bonded Warehouse located at the AIFA Customs Office, and we are currently seeking: **TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND HELP DESK ANALYSTS (IT)** Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in Technical Support and HP. * Mandatory experience in computer network and system administration. * Completed Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems Engineering or related field. * **Availability to work rotating shifts and take mid-week days off.** Responsibilities: * Provide help desk and technical support services to all users. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computers and printers. * Configure computer networks. * Other duties inherent to the position.
