IMPORT CORDINATOR

Description

We are looking for an **Import Coordinator** with experience in air and maritime import operations. **Requirements** Bachelors degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, International Relations, or related field. * Minimum 26 years old * Experience in similar positions. * Strong knowledge of air and maritime import processes. * Full understanding of customs clearance and import procedures. * Experience handling customs documentation. * Knowledge of tariff regulations, Customs Law, NOMs, and RRNA. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Intermediate English preferred. * Experience in shipment tracking and logistics coordination. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate and monitor import operations. * Maintain communication with clients, suppliers, and customs brokers. * Review documentation required for customs clearance. * Coordinate transportation and shipment tracking. * Prepare operational reports and shipment follow\-ups. * Resolve issues related to cargo and logistics processes. * Prepare shipment quotations. * Ensure KPI and delivery compliance. **We Offer** * Salary from $20,000 to $30,000 MXN depending on experience * Benefits according to Mexican labor law * Direct hiring with the company * Growth and professional development opportunities Sueldo: $20,000\.00 \- $30,000\.00 al mes Beneficios: * Estacionamiento de la empresa * Estacionamiento gratuito * Opción a contrato indefinido Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
