Location: Carretera Panamericana Sur Km 8.5, Interior 1, ALTEC Industrial Park We offer: * Base salary of $15,100 to $20,000 per month (gross), depending on qualifications. * Category progression: Entry-level, Intermediate, Advanced, and Master (based on theoretical and practical knowledge) * Statutory benefits: INFONAVIT, FONACOT, vacation time, vacation bonus, profit-sharing, etc. * Additional online courses (bonus based on approved courses), piece-rate pay according to goal achievement, commissions based on service and parts billing, and category progression. **Working hours: Monday–Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.** REQUIREMENTS: * Age: 20–45 years * Valid driver’s license required * Education: minimum secondary school diploma or TSU (preferably in Automotive Mechanics or Machinery) * Minimum 1 year of basic experience in forklifts, construction machinery, and/or aerial work platforms (to be evaluated) Key responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on forklifts and mini-forklifts * Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems * Internal combustion engine mechanics * Proficiency in parts catalogs * Ability to read and interpret service diagrams and manuals * Proficiency in using tools * Operations related to equipment servicing * Diesel engine systems
