Opportunity for career advancement in construction A developer of social housing is looking for a Construction Supervisor to lead projects and effectively direct its team. Profile: * Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect with professional license. * Must own a vehicle and hold a valid driver's license. * Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience in social housing construction, preferably with formal developers in the State of Jalisco. * Demonstrable experience managing construction projects from foundation to delivery of completed homes (turnkey). * Direct management and supervision of masonry crews, contractors, and technical site personnel. * Experience in physical\-financial progress tracking, generators, estimates, and project closeout. Required Knowledge: * Familiarity with applicable regulatory frameworks: Construction Regulation of the State of Jalisco, municipal regulations, INFONAVIT/FOVISSSTE regulations, and guidelines from housing finance institutions. * Proficiency in NOVACERAMIC brick construction system (essential or highly desirable): structural and partition walls, layout drawings, joints, reinforcements, productivity, and crew output. * Ability to interpret architectural, structural, hydraulic\-sanitary, and electrical plans. * Field surveying, leveling, and layout. * Quality control of materials (steel, concrete, mortar, ceramic brick) and supervision of laboratory testing. * Development and monitoring of construction schedules: critical path method, Gantt charts, S\-curves. * Budgetary control, unit price analysis, and subcontractor management. * Software proficiency: AutoCAD, MS Project, Advanced Excel; Neodata, Opus, or similar software is desirable. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health procedures on construction sites (NOM\-031\-STPS).
