Job Summary: SELLO ROJO is seeking a Mechatronic Engineer to perform calibrations, adjustments, and maintenance on measurement and control equipment, supporting process improvement and fault diagnosis. We invite you to participate in our **talent acquisition process**: **Requirements:** * Mechatronics, Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or related Bachelor’s degree or Technical Superior University degree (TSU) * Minimum 1 year of experience in mechanics and electricity, electropneumatics, variable frequency drives, metrology and calibration, basic PLC and HMI programming, industrial networks * Preferred knowledge of pasteurization and ultra-pasteurization systems, as well as ISO 22000 and FSCC 2200\. * Intermediate proficiency in PLC, HMI, SCADA, and SAP (basic user level) * Availability to rotate across three 8-hour shifts: morning, afternoon, and night **Responsibilities:** * Perform calibrations and adjustments on measurement and control equipment * Support automation and dairy process control improvement projects * Maintain and support PL, HMI, and SCADA programs * Execute maintenance plans for sensors, valves, and transmitters * Calibrate control loops in pasteurization processes * Diagnose and resolve faults affecting production **Competencies:** Teamwork, Effective Communication, Self-directed Learning, Problem Resolution Follow-up, Adaptability. **We Offer:** * Workplace located toward El Álamo (Guadalajara) * Direct hiring with potential for permanent position * Statutory Benefits (IMSS, Additional Christmas Bonus Days, Vacation, INFONAVIT) * Enhanced Benefits: 13% Savings Fund, Savings Box, 20% Grocery Vouchers, Subsidized Cafeteria, Attendance and Punctuality Bonus, etc. Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite Term Salary: $17,500\.00 \- $18,200\.00 per month Benefits: * Free beverages * Savings box * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Grocery vouchers Application Question(s): * What is your experience with electric motors, selection and control of variable frequency drives in automated systems? * Do you have experience in PLC programming and fault diagnosis?
