HostDime Mexico, a company with its own data centers worldwide, is seeking talent for a Technical Infrastructure and Support position on the night shift. Job Description: We are looking for a person responsible for the operation, monitoring, and support of the Data Center’s physical and technological infrastructure, ensuring service continuity and compliance with operational procedures. Responsibilities: 24/7 monitoring of the Data Center infrastructure (power, cooling, network, and servers). Ticket handling and resolution. Installation, removal, and replacement of hardware (servers, disks, memory, cabling). Support for Linux and/or Windows Server operating systems. Review of alerts, incidents, and escalation according to procedures. Access control and compliance with security standards. Documentation of activities and shift reports. Support for scheduled and corrective maintenance. Requirements: Technical or engineering degree in Systems, Computer Science, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field. Basic knowledge of: Server hardware. Structured cabling. Basic networking (TCP/IP). Linux and/or Windows Server. Availability to work the night shift. Ability to work under pressure and respond to incidents. Service-oriented attitude, responsibility, and teamwork. We offer: Monthly salary of $15,000 MXN. Statutory benefits.
