Requirements: • Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Telecommunications, or IT (Preferred) • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Customer service experience in troubleshooting. • Ability to work in a team. • Strong communication skills. Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to our customers. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (video surveillance, telecommunications, infrastructure). • Prepare and present technical reports.
