Opportunity for career growth within the company At Veloswim, we are looking for a responsible Swimming Pool Coordinator to oversee operations in the aquatic area, ensuring proper delivery of swimming classes, effective organization of the teaching team, and an outstanding experience for students and their parents. The person in this role will coordinate the instructor team, follow up on lesson plans, and resolve operational issues arising during daily activities. Responsibilities Supervise the proper delivery of swimming classes. Coordinate and support the teaching staff. Follow up on lesson plans and teaching methodology. Organize student groups, schedules, and lane assignments in the pool. Address questions or concerns from students and parents. Resolve operational incidents related to the pool area. Supervise compliance with safety regulations. Prepare reports or activity tracking for the area. Requirements Experience in teaching swimming or aquatic activities. Experience coordinating teams (preferred). Ability to manage groups. Strong communication skills and customer service orientation. Leadership attitude and sense of responsibility.
