**Objective:** Design, implement, and oversee talent attraction, development, and retention strategies, aligning human capital with the company's vision and strategic goals. **Key Responsibilities:** **Talent Attraction and Retention:** Recruitment, employer branding, and employee retention strategies. **Organizational Development:** Training programs, leadership development, and performance management. **Workplace Culture and Climate:** Implementation of employee engagement and well-being programs. **Regulatory Compliance:** Labor legislation, union relations, and social security. **Compensation and Benefits:** Salary strategies, incentives, and payroll administration. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or Accounting (Master’s degree preferred). \+6 years of experience in HR (3 years in a managerial role). Knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and NOMIPAQ software. Experience in retail, consumer goods, or commercial sectors. 5\-7 years of experience in HR, with **at least 3 years in a managerial position.** **Proficiency** in talent acquisition, organizational culture, compensation, and legal compliance. Strategic ability to design development and employee engagement plans. REQUIRED: Knowledge of labor legislation, ability to manage payroll and benefits.
