Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, or related field (completed or in progress). Knowledge in: Technical support (hardware and software) Network administration VLAN configuration and management (desirable) Willingness to travel. Proactive attitude, ability to learn, and teamwork skills. Main Responsibilities On-site and remote technical support for users. Preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. Support in network and communications administration. Participation in technology infrastructure projects (networks, connectivity, telecommunications). Documentation of incidents and processes.
