Location: Plaza Colón Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Requirements: Responsible, punctual, and with a positive attitude General knowledge of maintenance for commercial premises Intermediate knowledge of maintenance (plumbing, electricity, hydraulic pumps) Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs of facilities. Maintain green areas. Record SIAPA and CFE meter readings. Maintain hydraulic pumps and elevators. Keep maintenance logs.
