A telecommunications company is seeking a construction supervisor with field and office work skills, experience in isometric infrastructure surveying, problem-solving ability, and decision-making capability. The candidate must be highly organized, prioritize urgent matters, interpret and prepare construction drawings, demonstrate leadership and teamwork skills, and strictly adhere to health and safety guidelines. Requirements: * Civil Engineering, Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Telecommunications Engineering, or Electrical Engineering * Age between 25 and 45 years. * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecommunications or construction. * Availability of time and willingness to travel Experience in: ❑ Operational experience supervising personnel. ❑ Experience driving a standard vehicle with a valid driver's license. ❑ No fear of heights or confined spaces. ❑ Knowledge of construction drawing interpretation. ❑ Ability to recalculate material quantities. ❑ Interest in fieldwork. Responsibilities: * Receive and validate documentation from the site manager. * Assign work tasks to in-house staff or contractors, specifically and precisely. * Plan with staff and client according to the received project. * Prepare work commencement appendices and document any deviations identified during planning. * Recalculate material quantities based on planning. * Request authorization from the site manager. * Notify commencement of work (to in-house staff or contractors, as well as to the client), ensuring all corresponding permits are obtained.
