**Qualifications Basic** * Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. * At least 8 years of experience in Information Technology and minimum 5 yrs. experience in various aspects of Front end development and would be capable of solving problems and programing across the stack. **Mandatory Skillsets:** * 5\+ years of software development experience, focusing on web and mobile apps * Create scalable, responsive front\-end applications using **React**, **React Native**, and **TypeScript**. * Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum, code reviews, testing, and deployment for high\-quality deliverables. **Nice to have:** * Experience with relational and no\-relational database structures – SQL/NoSQL, Postgres /MySQL DB * Experience in developing apps focused on accessibility (ADA compatibility) * Understanding of Continuous Integration and DevOps * Familiarity with IoT platforms, protocols (MQTT, HTTP, WebSocket), device management, edge computing, real\-time data processing, and cloud services (AWS IoT, Azure IoT, Google Cloud IoT). **Other Relevant Experience** * Proficient in English communication * Experience in software development life cycle including agile. Participates in implementations of new systems or modifications to existing systems to meet Information Systems and client business requirements. * Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment * Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment * Experience in Retail Domain
