**Must be fluent in English** **Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to facilitate Agile/Scrum practices, coach cross\-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, ensuring teams follow Agile principles, remove impediments, and deliver high\-quality products on time. **Key Responsibilities:** · Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Stand\-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives · Coach teams on Agile and Scrum best practices and principles · Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions · Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well\-groomed and prioritized backlog · Track and communicate Agile metrics (velocity, burn\-down/burn\-up charts, sprint progress) · Promote continuous improvement and high\-performing team culture · Support scaling Agile practices across multiple teams if required · Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency · Mentor junior Scrum Masters and Agile team members **Required Skills \& Qualifications:** · Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks · Hands\-on experience with Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.) · Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict\-resolution skills · Experience working with distributed or cross\-functional teams · Strong problem\-solving and coaching mindset **Preferred Certifications:** · Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) · Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A\-CSM) · SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe Agilist · PMI\-ACP (optional) Job Type: Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: Up to $255\.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
