CACAO NATIVA BRANCH Seeking a general employee for a café to prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, such as various types of chocolate, coffee, and tea, as well as food preparation. The responsibilities of the general café employee include explaining our beverage menu to customers, making recommendations based on their preferences, selling special products, and taking customer orders. The employee will be responsible for ensuring an excellent experience for our customers. **Duties and Responsibilities:** · Greet customers upon arrival · Provide customers with the beverage menu and answer questions regarding ingredients · Take orders with attention to detail (e.g., coffee blend preferences, amount of milk and sugar) · Prepare beverages according to recipes · Serve drinks and prepared food · Receive and process payments · Keep work area clean · Maintain clean dishes and cups · Check that coffee machines are functioning properly and report any maintenance needs · Comply with health and safety regulations **Knowledge:** Customer service skills and general café knowledge.
