As a Collections Officer, you will be responsible for effectively managing the portfolio of delinquent customers and ensuring recovery of outstanding payments. Requirements: * Prior experience handling motorcycles. * Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. * Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. * Results-oriented and capable of working under pressure. Responsibilities: * Track outstanding payments and contact customers to agree on payment solutions. * Negotiate payment schedules and establish effective payment agreements. * Maintain ongoing communication with customers to ensure regularization of their debts. * Update customer information and maintain accurate records of transactions. * Conduct risk analysis and assess customer solvency. * Provide performance reports and collection portfolio analysis.
