**Job Posting: Human Resources Manager** A leading tequila manufacturing company is currently seeking qualified personnel. If you are passionate about this field and wish to grow professionally, this is your opportunity to join our team! **Key Responsibilities** * Recruitment and selection of operational and administrative staff. * Managing employee registrations, terminations, and modifications with the Mexican Social Security Institute (IMSS). * Maintaining and managing employee personnel files. * Preparing and maintaining the department’s document control system. * Supporting internal and external audits. * Administering and calculating payroll (earnings, deductions, incidents, severance payments). * Providing assistance and follow-up to employees on labor and administrative matters. * Managing and monitoring labor relations. * Implementing and enforcing HR policies and procedures. * Coordinating training programs and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. * Monitoring and reporting key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rate, absenteeism, headcount). * Managing employment contracts, renewals, and administrative personnel movements. * Performing other duties inherent to the Human Resources role. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field. * Knowledge of the Mexican Federal Labor Law and applicable labor regulations. * Experience with payroll systems and IMSS platforms (IDSE, SUA). * Strong interpersonal and labor relations management skills. * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with colleagues. **Employment Conditions** * **Location:** Guadalajara, Jalisco * **Working Hours:** Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Ability to travel to Tequila as required (personal vehicle required).
