





ALTEN Mexico, a leading company in engineering and technological consulting, is seeking an EMC Test Engineer for Vehicles and Systems to join our innovative team. At ALTEN, we work on diverse technological projects spanning industries such as automotive, energy, telecommunications, and more, delivering customized solutions for our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for the preparation, execution, and documentation of electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests on prototype vehicles, ensuring compliance with TL81000, ECE\-R10, and CISPR 25 standards. This role is critical in validating electrical\-electronic systems, analyzing architectural changes, and ensuring proper technical release of vehicle components. * Prepare and execute vehicle tests (TL81000, ECE\-R10, CISPR 25\) according to planning, specifications, and requirements, generating necessary documentation for the release of prototype electrical\-electronic systems for the North American region. * Document and manage vehicle component reports (Test Plans, Test Results, etc.), including their review, tracking, and closure. * Develop Test Plans for full-vehicle testing across different projects in the North American region, based on electromagnetic compatibility standards. * Perform maintenance, updates, and documentation of test vehicles, specifically related to electrical\-electronic systems. * Competently use measurement tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) and manual tools (impact wrenches, screwdrivers, battery chargers, etc.) during test execution. * Identify and account for risks associated with high-voltage vehicles (electric vehicles). * Maintain constant communication with Project Leads for progress tracking and technical alignment. * Analyze significant changes in electrical\-electronic systems arising from model updates during the project service period. **Requirements:** * Degree in Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronics, Automotive Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate knowledge of automotive electrical\-electronic systems. * Basic to intermediate knowledge of EMC (electromagnetic compatibility) standards. * Intermediate proficiency with measurement tools: multimeter, oscilloscope, power supplies, analyzers, etc. * Basic to intermediate use of manual tools (impact wrench, screwdrivers, battery chargers, etc.). * Knowledge of risks in high-voltage vehicles (HV Awareness certification or course preferred). * Ability to develop and document Test Plans and Test Reports. * Understanding of electrical architectures (E/E Architecture) is desirable. **Benefits:** * Private Health Insurance * Pension Plan * Paid Time Off * Work From Home * Training \& Development * Performance Bonus
