





**General Information:** **Department: Human Resources** **Workplace: Tlaxcala, Mexico** **Working hours: Hybrid** **Contract type: Indefinite** TRAINING ANALYST **Activities and responsibilities** **Functions and responsibilities:** **Identification, analysis and validation of training needs for administrative and indirect personnel, aligned with business strategy and regulatory changes (DNC)** **Annual design and scheduling of training activities derived from the DNC, considering strategic priorities, legal requirements and organizational development objectives.** **Coordination of sessions with employer-worker representation to approve the Annual Training Plan and validate internal programs in accordance with the Federal Labor Law (LFT).** **Monthly monitoring of training plan progress and reporting to STPS through official platforms or required documentation.** **Document control of training evidence delivered, including preparation and issuance of DC-3 certificates, diplomas and official certifications.** **Planning, logistics and follow-up of in-person, virtual and hybrid courses, ensuring availability of instructors, resources and facilities.** **Organization and follow-up of technical and leadership certification programs for maintenance staff and area leaders. PKPK** **Administration of the e-learning platform for administrative and indirect personnel: course uploading, progress tracking, compliance reporting and user management. E-front** **Coordination of virtual content focused on soft skills and leadership development, ensuring coverage and continuous updates.
