





Injection Automotive Plant is looking for an Industrial Engineering Coordinator This position is responsible for all Engineering activities, coordinating the implementation of changes for existing projects and coordinating new launches. Job Requirements * Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field * Advanced English (verifiable) * Knowledge: Lean manufacturing, ISO14000, IATF 16949, VDA, Core tools * Experience in project development and management, manufacturing and engineering processes within the automotive industry with personnel under charge. Responsibilities: · Develop Engineering projects including management of equipment, personnel, budget and time. · Implement and develop controls for the company's manufacturing processes. · Design process improvement proposals by analyzing feasibility, organizational impact and ensuring quality. · Lead cost reduction efforts in process areas across the company's various manufacturing departments. · Monitor and ensure compliance with company-established goals and indicators. · Determine risk analysis in the process. · Control of process PPAPs. · Participant in APQP. · Review tooling, new items and engineering changes. · Review, dissemination, implementation and updating of engineering specification changes. · Identification of input variables to the process that have an impact on characteristics (selection of special characteristics). · Process FMEA for manufacturing. · Participation in Control Plan. · Acceptance criteria for process approval. · Comply with health-related activities issued by federal and state authorities, aiming at risk prevention and, if necessary, must be a member of required committees. · Provide support with your team to comply with guidelines established for any type of contingency. · Process control list (includes inspection, testing and error-proofing equipment). · Comply with SEA and SGC systems, as well as SGA regulations. · Comply with the company's code of conduct and/or internal regulations. * Coordinate documentation and updating of operational processes.
