Quality Supervisor

Description

Job Summary: This role focuses on compliance with quality KPIs, audit support, verification of the QMS, supervision of quality engineers, and management of measurement equipment teams. Key Responsibilities: 1. Compliance with and monitoring of Quality KPIs. 2. Support for IATF, VDA 6.3, CQI, and CSR audits. 3. Leadership in continuous improvement and Six Sigma projects. Meet and monitor quality KPIs such as scrap rate, calibration status, and timely responses to internal and external customer complaints. Conduct and support IATF, VDA 6.3, CQI, and CSR audits (customer requirements). Verify the efficiency and effectiveness of the QMS within the production process. Provide guidance to Quality Engineers and Technicians to ensure timely PPAP submissions. Ensure proper maintenance and management of measurement equipment ("gages") using the correct MSA methodology. Possess leadership skills to effectively interact with production, logistics, process, project, quality, and corporate teams to resolve day-to-day issues and generate ideas that contribute to continuous improvement. Initiate Six Sigma projects to generate cost savings and improve plant productivity.
