The General Manager will be responsible for leading, supervising, and optimizing all operations of the Family Entertainment Center (FEC) in Puebla. Their primary mission is to ensure an exceptional visitor experience, guarantee business profitability, and efficiently coordinate the Food & Beverage (F&B), Entertainment, and General Operations departments. They must manage multidisciplinary teams, implement high-level operational processes, and ensure compliance with quality, service, safety, and maintenance standards.
