**OLAM AGRO invites you to join its great team as:** **Logistics Coordinator** **Position Objective:** Carry out the **efficient execution of logistics**, controls, and internal processes with internal and external clients, ensuring proper documentation, coordination, and tracking of national and international operations. **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree** in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration, or related field (in process of graduation or already graduated) * **Minimum of 2 years' experience** in similar roles (logistics, international trade, supply chain) * **Intermediate-to-advanced proficiency in Excel** * Desired knowledge of **SAP** and **export/import processes** * Intermediate English (desirable) * Organizational, effective communication, and teamwork skills **Technical Knowledge:** * International trade and customs and port logistics * Domestic freight: dry containers, rail transport * International freight: shipping lines (booking, BL, document/physical closing) * Coordination with customs brokers (instructions, documentation, payments, costs) * Office software (Excel, Word, Outlook) **Main Responsibilities:** **Exportation:** * Execute shipping line bookings and send customs clearance instructions to agents * Correctly enter information into **logistics controls** * Request **certificates** (Fumigation, Origin, EUR) * Review and correct documents (BL, AM certificates) * Send **Shipping Advice** and **ISF** to the Logistics Coordinator * Coordinate courier services **Domestic:** * Request instructions from clients and provide support in **contract and price fixation entries** * Send price fixations to clients and request invoices * Request quotes and weights from carriers * Manage domestic sales delivery movements to transportation At OLAM AGRO, we value talent, collaboration, and innovation.
