At GolStats, we seek to incorporate into our team an **expert in payroll management and accounting analysis**, with proven experience and attention to detail. **Essential Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (graduated between 2017 and 2023) * Employment stability: Minimum 2 years at most recent or current job, verifiable. * Payroll control experience at most recent or current job. * Financial reporting experience. **Experience** * Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll management and control using Contpaqi. * Preparation and analysis of financial statements. * Tax knowledge: Calculation and filing of taxes (ISR, IVA, IMSS, Infonavit, SUA). * Preparation, analysis, and interpretation of Balance Sheets and Income Statements. * Budget and cash flow creation and control. **Main Responsibilities** * Management, analysis, and control of accounting and administrative processes. * Comprehensive payroll administration and associated tax obligations (IMSS, RCV, Infonavit, ISN, SUA). * Tax filing and review (SAT-referenced, ISR, IVA). * Control of IMSS employee registrations and cancellations, SUA reporting. * Preparation of monthly and annual accounting and tax closings. * Payment, budget, and cash flow control and scheduling. * Review and management of invoicing and expenditures. * Generation of financial closing, business-unit analysis, business investment analysis, investment analysis.
