





### **Job Description:** We are looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive **Human Resources Analyst** to support administrative and operational processes within the Human Capital department. Your primary role will be to ensure compliance with recruitment, training, incident management, and internal communication processes, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. * **️** **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **recruitment and selection** of operational and administrative personnel. * Perform **employee file management**, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel changes. * Prepare and monitor **attendance, incident, and vacation reports**. * Coordinate **employee onboarding sessions and internal training programs**. * Participate in **employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and staff events**. * Manage requests for employment certificates, uniforms, badges, and employee benefits. * Maintain up-to-date **employee databases** and compliant documentation. * Follow up on **medical examinations, performance evaluations**, and internal audits. ### **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position. * Basic knowledge of labor legislation and payroll. * Intermediate Excel skills and document control experience. * Strong communication and internal customer service skills. * Proactive attitude, organized, and highly responsible. ### **What We Offer:** * Monthly gross salary of **$11,000 MXN**. * **Statutory benefits** from day one. * **Direct employment contract with the company.** * **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM. * Opportunities for professional growth. * Excellent work environment and organizational culture. **If you meet the requirements and are passionate about Human Resources, apply through this channel.**
