Job Summary: We are seeking a General Assistant to join our recycling team, performing material collection, sorting, and baling in a production plant environment. Key Highlights: 1. We are a recycling business. **Job Responsibilities** * Collect recyclables on production lines (e.g., supermarket-type lines), requiring walking alongside production machinery throughout the shift. * Sort and select cardboard, paper, plastics; perform baling and all related recycling tasks. * Work indoors inside the production plant—not outdoors on the street. * Operate balers. **Requirements:** * Must be able to use a mobile phone. * Primary age preference is young individuals, as the role requires lifting bundles and walking along production machinery all day. * We provide PPE, but applicants must bring their own steel-toed boots initially. * Willingness to undergo random anti-drug testing (for prohibited substances). * Alcohol testing is conducted daily for all staff before starting each shift. **We Offer:** * Attendance bonus. * Statutory rest day (depending on assigned shift, this may fall on any weekday). * IMSS, year-end bonus (aguinaldo), profit-sharing (reparto). * Overtime pay is double the regular rate and applies only when required by the business—not at the employee’s request. * Commitment to Saturday payroll: initial cash payment, followed by direct deposit to Banamex payroll card. **Morning, Afternoon, and Night Shifts:** * Morning: 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM * Afternoon: 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM * Night: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Rotating shift schedule with position changes, ensuring equal opportunities for growth and shift changes for all employees. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $7,800.00 – $9,920.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases. * Option for indefinite-term contract.
