




Job Description: Education: ARCHITECT / CIVIL ENGINEER Completed bachelor's degree (Preferred) Experience: 2 years (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment Interpretation of blueprints, development of quantity takeoffs and itemized cost catalogs Analyze and calculate unit prices using specialized software (e.g., Neodata, Opus, SAP 2000, etc.) Break down inputs, productivity rates, and indirect costs by item Analyze material, labor, machinery, and tool costs Update price databases in accordance with supplier price lists, regional costs, and official rates Prepare complete budgets for tenders and competitions Participate in technical and economic clarification meetings Generate price matrices, investment curves, and construction schedules Employment Type: Full-time Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term Salary: $14,000.00 – $25,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
