Consultative Sales Specialist
**Key responsibilities:**
Prospecting new clients
Building strong relationships with visited institutions and delivering a work plan with value-added activities following the signing of agreements and/or initiation of institutional relationships. Contacting prospects via phone calls, emails, WhatsApp—follow-up required
Managing a prospect/student portfolio; generating and maintaining a database (CRM or internal system). Meeting targets and delivering results: enrollment, sales, or lead-generation targets; commission- and bonus-oriented work.
Contacting prospects (by phone or in person), providing empathetic, commercially focused information about educational services.
Following up with prospects and closing enrollments or registrations.
Participating in educational fairs, institutional events, or campus tours to promote our educational offerings.
Achieving enrollment/sales targets (NI = New Income).

Base salary $13,500 + uncapped commissions (commissions vary according to achievement of sales targets)

Requirements:
Minimum experience: approximately 6 months in telemarketing or 1 year in face-to-face sales, with experience in consultative sales (preferably in the education sector or service/intangible sales).
Ability to work under target- and commission-based structures; willingness to adopt a results-driven approach.
Commercial skills: sales closing techniques, handling objections, client prospecting, cross-selling, customer service.
Availability for on-site work, with 80% of time spent in the field.
Education: Completed bachelor’s degree
Strong verbal communication skills, commercial aptitude, and enthusiasm for direct or telephone sales.
Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to perform effectively under target-related pressure.
Flexibility to work in the field or on-site, with potentially intensive schedules (campaigns, events, fairs, follow-ups).
Must be able to drive a standard vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
Must be proficient in computer operation and possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
