*This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board* ### **Job opening for company Evren in Silao de la Victoria, Guanajuato** ### **Technical Support Engineer for Infrastructure \- Silao, Guanajuato** **Location**: Puerto Interior, Silao, Guanajuato **Salary**: $17,000 to $19,000 gross monthly **Schedule**: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (availability required on weekends or during emergencies) #### **Responsibilities** * Manage technical support with manufacturers for equipment under warranty or support contracts. * Administer ICT procurement related to infrastructure in company projects and activities. * Provide end-user support, including issue handling and follow-up. * Ensure service coverage and availability during emergencies or system failures. * Identify and recommend improvements in processes, procedures, and technological equipment. * Track, diagnose, resolve, and log incidents/contingencies, as well as perform analysis to prevent recurrence. * Perform Asset Management for Network and Data Center Infrastructure equipment on company platforms or systems. * Promote and maintain 5S standards and cleanliness in work areas, warehouses, and ICT storage locations. #### **Requirements:** * Completed degree in Engineering or related field. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. * Intermediate English (B2 level, with writing and communication skills). * Knowledge of Windows operating systems across all versions. * Familiarity with ITIL methodology. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office across all versions and AI tools. * Experience repairing computing equipment (Laptop, Desktop, Micro). * Knowledge of basic infrastructure: physical and virtual servers, switches, Cisco devices, wired and wireless networks, communication protocols, and functionality validation. * Basic administration of Windows servers (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS). * Knowledge of configuration and support for technological devices: desktops, laptops, mobile devices, office printers, laser printers, and label printers. * Knowledge of configuration and support for mobile devices (iOS and Android). #### **We Offer** * Salary of $17,000 to $19,000 gross monthly depending on experience * Benefits exceeding legal requirements. * Uniforms provided. * On-site cafeteria. * Transportation included. * Ongoing training. * Savings fund (2%). * Opportunities for growth within the company. * English language development. **If you meet the profile, apply through this channel** **Desired education level:** Bachelor's degree \- completed **Desired experience level:** Mid Level **Departmental function:** Technology / Internet **Industry:** Telecommunications *This job posting comes from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=68e033633e00003e00491bc6\&source\=indeed*
