




**Position Objective:** Ensure the efficient operation, management, and preservation of the condominium, guaranteeing optimal functionality of facilities, compliance with current regulations, and promoting harmonious coexistence among residents. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and administer the condominium's financial resources, including budget preparation and fee collection. * Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of common facilities and equipment. * Supervise security, maintenance, and cleaning staff. * Receive, manage, and follow up on complaints, suggestions, and requests from condominium owners. * Ensure compliance with the condominium's internal regulations. * Maintain updated accounting, financial, and administrative records. * Provide periodic reports on the financial and operational status of the condominium. * Promote effective communication and harmonious relationships among residents. **Requirements:** * Minimum experience: 2 years as a condominium administrator. * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Economics or related field. * Skills: Income and expense analysis and control, Excel, and billing. * Work hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 7:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am to 2:00 pm Job type: Full-time Salary: $15,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund Education: * Completed Bachelor's degree (Required) Experience: * Condominium management: 2 years (Required) Work location: On-site job
