We are looking for a **Cloud Solution Architect** to join our organization. You will collaborate within a supportive team, helping businesses unlock the full value of cloud platforms. **Responsibilities** * Guide organizations through their AWS cloud journey by collecting requirements, assessing cost benefits, and preparing business cases * Review current cloud environments, analyze AWS implementations, spot areas for improvement, and suggest actionable changes * Create comprehensive strategies for AWS cloud transformation, covering governance, automation, security, deployment, and ongoing support * Develop AWS architectural solutions to facilitate migration, evaluate application and IT service portfolios, and plan for migration, transformation, and automation * Deliver AWS\-native solutions by utilizing the platform’s full range of services * Design and deploy microservices architectures that are cloud\-agnostic using Kubernetes, Pivotal, and other platform\-as\-a\-service technologies * Lead clients through technical and organizational changes during Cloud and DevOps transitions * Serve as an AWS expert, providing advice on architecture, governance, scalability, security, operations, and cost optimization **Requirements** * At least 5 years of experience in cloud architecture or a related area * Minimum of 2 years in leadership, management, architect, owner, or coordinator positions * At least 1 year of experience managing teams of five or more people * Participation in at least two full project cycles or involvement in several projects at different development stages * Extensive expertise in AWS Cloud and other cloud architecture domains * Demonstrated success in delivering complex AWS or hybrid cloud solutions * Advanced understanding of private, public, and hybrid cloud models, networking, workload types, migration strategies, and related tools * Practical experience with enterprise applications, IT services, software engineering, compliance, security, and IT operations * Strong knowledge of cloud design patterns, operational models, and cost management, with the ability to apply or recommend best practices * Ability to present innovative and effective technical solutions, gain client buy\-in, and fulfill commitments * Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business audiences * Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities * Proficient English skills, both written and spoken, at B2 level or higher **Nice to have** * AWS certifications
