We are looking for: Appraisal Assistant – Querétaro **Requirements:** * Education: Architecture or Civil Engineering student completing internship, recent graduate, or Technical Degree in Construction or related field. * Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in property inspections or real estate appraisals (MANDATORY). * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, SHF, and banking appraisal guidelines. * Proficiency in entering appraisal data into the SAX system (MANDATORY). * Valid driver’s license. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Property inspection and site survey. * General knowledge of appraisals. * Entering appraisal data into the SAX system. * Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FOVISSSTE, and banking appraisal guidelines (Preferred). * Knowledge of SHF appraisal guidelines (Preferred). * MANDATORY: Ability to draft plans using AutoCAD. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Career development plan.
