





**Job Description** ------------------------- Contribute to CEMEX's strategy by supporting and managing Human Resources processes to generate well-being in a safe and productive work environment. **Main Responsibilities** --------------------------------- 1\. Promote, facilitate, and monitor the safety and health culture through programs, processes, initiatives, and Safety and Health indicators developed and implemented by the Safety Advisor 2\. Ensure efficient, transparent, and effective HR operations, with clear service agreements with all our CEMEX employees 3\. Ensure that our CEMEX employees receive correct and timely payroll payments 4\. Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and personnel change processes 5\. Ensure timely and accurate coverage of vacant positions within the organizational structure 6\. Support the deployment of CEMEX institutional communication campaigns and messages 7\. Support employee engagement management and workplace environment improvement initiatives 8\. Develop and follow up on the social agenda defined for the business units 9\.
