**RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Preventive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing installations * Diagnosis and repair of faults in lighting, security systems, plumbing, and general building components * Timely response to emergencies such as leaks, electrical failures, or structural issues **REQUIREMENTS:** * Previous experience in general building maintenance * Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and plumbing systems * Problem-solving skills, ability to work in a team, and maintain efficient operations **WE OFFER:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:36 p.m. * Location: Carretera La Unión La Partida, Parque Industrial Torreón 2000, Ejido El Perú, Torreón Coah. * Weekly salary + punctuality bonus (10%) + Christmas bonus (20 days) + retention bonus $3,000. * Free transportation * 100% IMSS registration * Free meal service.
