




**REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical career in Administration, Communication, Marketing or related field (preferably incomplete or completed bachelor's degree). * 20 years of age or older **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Handle requests, inquiries, and complaints from customers, delivery personnel, and affiliated businesses through official channels (email, chat, or phone). * Register, track, and resolve customer service tickets in the system. * Capture and update customer and business information in databases. * Generate administrative reports for the department (orders, incidents, response times, service metrics, etc.). * Assist with administrative tasks: document control, handling internal correspondence, drafting official letters or announcements. * Promote a culture of friendly, empathetic, and results-oriented service.
