




Main responsibilities: * Answer calls from policyholders and third parties for the **initial reporting of auto accidents**. * Ensure empathetic, clear, and professional treatment toward customers, maintaining composure in high-pressure situations. * Collect critical and detailed incident information, ensuring accuracy in records. * Enter and manage information in the internal system, creating claim files. * Coordinate key documentation: photographs, police reports, notification letters, among others. * Maintain communication with adjusters and provide them support with updates or translations as needed. * Assist in administrative case management: inspection orders, requests to third parties, and organizing documents in digital files.
