Continuous training and career development plan Job Objective Ensure the loading, transportation, and delivery of goods with due care, on time and as specified, in accordance with the company's established processes to guarantee delivery quality. Main Responsibilities Ensure that the goods to be loaded match those indicated on the dispatch notes. Verify that the loaded goods meet required quality standards for delivery in good condition. Ensure goods are arranged to maximize vehicle capacity. * Carry all documentation required for goods delivery. * Secure cargo on time according to the designated route and location; correct cubic capacity management and zero-loss control. * Operate vehicles in strict compliance with traffic regulations, defensive driving practices, and road safety education. * Drive vehicles correctly to achieve optimal fuel efficiency. Candidate Profile 3 years of vehicle operation experience. Cargo handling, loading, and unloading maneuvers. * Operation of heavy-duty trucks (e.g., tractor-trailers). * Knowledge of local and long-distance routes. * Valid federal driver's license, Class B. * Valid psychophysical fitness certificate.
