Facilitate collaboration and improve productivity **PLAYFUL CONSULTORA DE INNOVACIÓN DE NEGOCIOS** We have transformed our clients’ products and services for over 15 years. **We are looking for: SCRUM MASTER** **Hybrid — office attendance required upon request — Monterrey, N.L.** **Requirements:** * Minimum 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master * Experience leading development teams * Experience as an Agile Coach or related training/courses * Experience leading agile transformation processes and Scrum adoption within organizations * Experience in IT-related projects **Job Responsibilities:** * Create and maintain conditions for success * Train the team to remain focused on its objectives and deliverables * Facilitate close collaboration among all roles and functions * Motivate and support teams to improve their productivity * Manage necessary follow-up, monitoring, and progress sessions for project execution * Manage and monitor risks, issues, and changes that may arise during the project * Create and submit status and progress reports * Distribute meeting minutes with agreed actions * Communicate progress based on results * Deliver presentations to various levels within the company * Use various charts or metrics to measure project progress or status **Knowledge Requirements:** * Agile methodologies **WE OFFER:** * Excellent base salary * Statutory benefits (IMSS, INFONAVIT, vacation, year-end bonus) Employment type: Full-time Salary: $48,000.00 – $52,000.00 per month Experience: * Jira: 3 years (Preferred) Work location: Hybrid remote work in 64700, Nuevo León, N.L.
