Patient Care Executive

Job Summary: Coordinate and supervise personalized and warm customer service, ensuring satisfaction of their needs and expectations according to the MAC Service Philosophy. Key Highlights: 1. Personalized and warm customer service. 2. Follow-up on requests and complaints for continuous improvement. 3. Active participation in events and training. **General Objective:** Coordinate and oversee the provision of personalized service to all our customers through friendly and warm interactions to satisfy their needs and expectations, in accordance with the MAC Service Philosophy. **Job Responsibilities:** * Visit patients daily in their rooms to verify they are receiving quality care and service; inform them of the internal regulations for patients and family members. * Follow up on requests and complaints mentioned by patients during rounds. * Conduct MAC Moments for mothers, newborns, birthdays, and/or special occasions. * Verify that hospitalization rooms are in optimal condition and report any inconsistencies found to maintenance, housekeeping, and general services for prompt resolution. * Review available rooms daily and record findings in the room checklist. * Maintain a log of reported maintenance issues and ensure timely follow-up on the preventive maintenance program for rooms. * Compile, analyze, and generate statistics from Congratulations, Suggestions, and Complaints surveys, as well as patient discharge surveys; submit reports to General Management along with solutions developed by responsible service area personnel. * Periodically review the suggestion box and follow up on comments. * Monitor and control provided amenities. * Respond to all received surveys; for negative responses, conduct internal follow-up. * Provide customers with information regarding costs of Check-Up studies, maternity packages, and current promotions, in the absence of the sales department. * Support the sales department during Check-Up tours, when absent or as operational needs require. * Invite patients and family members to complete the electronic satisfaction survey and share their experience on social media. * Actively participate in company-related events (e.g., Operation Rapunzel, commemorative events, pre-scheduled calendar activities, MAC Philosophy Day, etc.). * Attend training courses designated by the hospital. * Actively participate in drills, emergency codes, Facility Security System brigades, and scheduled drills. * Participate in Patient Safety training. * Perform all functions inherent to the scope of this position. **Education:** Bachelor’s Degree in: Administration, Communications, or related field. **Experience:** 1 year **Schedule:** \- **Travel Required:** \- **We Offer:** **Hospital:** **MAC Periférico Sur** CONTACT **Email:** angel.herrera@hospitalesmac.com **Phone:** Apply
