Verifiable experience of 2 years in a similar position, preferably as: Supervisor or Training Coordinator. **Knowledge in:** Restaurant operations (Bar\-Kitchen\-Floor) Operational coordination Training strategies Manual development Design and implementation of specialized training courses for departments. Performance evaluation and development plans for operational staff. Cross-training and operational training. Food safety and regulations applicable to the restaurant industry. Trainer, Unit Manager, Staff Developer, Trainer ***Required Skills:*** Leadership Strong verbal communication skills Empathy Teamwork Responsibility and commitment Effective collaboration Excellent communication skills ***Main Responsibilities:*** Identifying training needs of the brand’s operational staff. Validations and Certifications: Designing performance evaluations and tracking employee development. Internal Training Programs: Designing and implementing the training program aligned with company standards. Developing work plans and follow-up. Visiting branches to deliver and supervise specialized training. Generating training reports. Updating manuals for all assigned departments. Designing instructional materials for training. Designing and executing onboarding programs. Supervising and coordinating the team of operational trainers. Vendor management: External training programs.
