Food preparation and quality control We are currently recruiting for the position of **Kitchen Chef** within our company in this sector. **Job Objective:** Recipe preparation and staff supervision. **Job Requirements:** * Academic qualification: **Bachelor's Degree in Gastronomy** * **Experience in similar positions; recent graduate or minimum one year of experience** * Flexible availability for work schedule * Positive attitude and proactive approach **Required Knowledge:** * Knowledge of food items, dishes, hygiene codes, etc. * Food preparation, costing, waste control, inventory management, procurement, production, and promotion posting (within the first few days). * Experience in personnel management, waste control, and customer service. * Proficiency in Soft Restaurant platform. * Sales-oriented attitude and negotiation skills. **Job Functions and Activities:** * Full-cycle food preparation—from raw ingredients to plated service. * Costing and budgeting for food and materials. * Restaurant promotion and social media posting. * Guidance and leadership of kitchen staff. **We Offer:** **Base Salary: $11,000\.00 monthly \+ statutory benefits \+ bonuses** **Working Hours: Monday to Sunday, with rotating days off, from 07:00 am to 06:00 pm.** **Work Location: Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas** Employment Type: Indefinite-term contract Salary: $11,000\.00 \- $11,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
