Coordinate with operational departments to schedule trainings, request content approvals, manage instructor access, assign classrooms, define course requirements, arrange logistics (e.g., seating, coffee breaks), conduct evaluations, and comply with all company requirements. 6. Coordinate courses according to the procurement process, generating required documentation, contacting and negotiating with vendors where applicable, and requesting information and quotations for scheduled and department-requested courses. 7. Ensure administration of appropriate evaluations for each training session to evidence competency; subsequently analyze exam results and participant feedback to monitor training impact and make adjustments when required. 8.
