Participation in loss analysis and continuous improvement of maintenance. **Position Summary: Plant Electrician** Location: Chiapa de Corzo, Chiapas Company: Nestlé Chiapa de Corzo Factory Full-time Bachelor's degree/engineering degree completed in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred. 1 year of experience **Position Purpose** Maintain electrical equipment in the packaging, manufacturing, and industrial services areas in optimal operating condition to ensure uninterrupted factory operations. **A Day in the Life of...** * Know and update your risk analysis, SHE map, and PPE matrix for work areas, ensuring your own safety and that of people around you, while applying established safety rules and protocols to prevent accidents and providing technical support for spare parts management for new equipment. * Manage significant food safety aspects such as prerequisites, operational prerequisites, CCPs, GMPs, operational controls, and compliance with QMS standards related to daily activities. * Review maintenance standards applying continuous improvement to feed the AMM system and generate consistency in the maintenance system. * Identify atmospheric gas emissions. Maintain plant equipment in good calibration condition. * Participate in loss analysis for your function/work cell and manage reduction or elimination of these losses (Visual Loss Map, Implementation Plan, Standard Application, Indicators focused on major losses). * Know and apply foundational modules, understand functional compliance, and provide coaching and feedback to team members. **What Will Make You Successful** * Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer; Bachelor's in Administration or related field. * Intermediate English.
