Your daily work will directly contribute to creating a safe, pleasant, and productive work environment for all TRAYECTO staff. **Key Responsibilities:** ---------------------------------- * **Comprehensive Facility Cleaning:** Perform general cleaning of all building areas, including offices, furniture, glass, floors, and other surfaces. Ensure each space reflects the highest standards of hygiene and presentation. * **Cleaning Supplies Management:** Monitor and manage assigned cleaning supplies inventory. It is essential to ensure that all chemical products are properly labeled in accordance with the Globally Harmonized System (GHS), guaranteeing compliance with safety regulations. * **Support in Common Areas:** Actively assist in cleaning and organizing the training room, ensuring it remains in optimal condition for use. Additionally, ensure cleanliness and order in rest and dining areas (AT), promoting a hygienic and pleasant environment for staff. * **Restroom Maintenance:** Supervise and carry out daily cleaning of AT facility restrooms, ensuring consistent cleanliness and disinfection. * **General Order and Cleaning:** Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and order across all assigned areas, paying close attention to detail and ensuring an immaculate work environment. * **Quality Culture:** Actively contribute to maintaining and promoting a culture of quality in all tasks performed, pursuing continuous improvement and service excellence. * **Basic Maintenance:** Carry out basic maintenance tasks on facilities, reporting any defects or major repair needs to the appropriate personnel, and performing minor interventions (plumbing, electrical, gardening, masonry) that support the smooth operation and aesthetics of the company. **Requirements:** --------------- * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in cleaning and basic maintenance positions. * **Knowledge:** Familiarity with professional cleaning products and techniques; facility maintenance. * **Skills:** Responsible, organized, methodical individual with strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
