




**Job Description** We are seeking an organized, responsible individual with experience in administrative accounting processes. This role involves full oversight of billing, collection follow-up, and support in accounting entries related to transportation and warehouse operations. **Responsibilities** * Issuance, review, and monitoring of **invoices**, **payment supplements**, and collection reports. * Management of **accounts receivable and accounts payable**. * Integration and control of the **accounting file**. * Basic bank reconciliations. * Recording of journal entries and support in simple accounting processes. * Preparation of administrative minutes and related documentation. * Ongoing communication with internal and external clients. * Use and data entry in **ERP (Odoo)** or similar systems. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **billing and collections** (minimum 1 year). * Proficiency in **Odoo**, **SAP**, **Handy**, **Aspel**, **CONTPAQi**, or any ERP system. * General knowledge of administrative accounting. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Immediate availability. **Expected Skills and Habits** * Orderliness and organization * Reliability and responsibility * Clear and timely communication * Ability to prioritize tasks * Discretion and handling of confidential information * Proactivity and openness to learning **We Offer** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Excellent work environment * Training on company systems and processes **Interested?** Apply through this channel.
