Monitor different areas within a facility (buildings, installations, access points, etc.). Identification and Tracking of Individuals or Vehicles: Identify individuals or vehicles potentially involved in suspicious activities. In case of incidents, provide accurate visual information to authorities or on-site security personnel. Event Recording and Archiving: Record and store video sequences for later review in case of incidents, investigations, or audits. Ensure records are kept in a secure and accessible format. Communication with Security Personnel: Promptly inform security teams about suspicious situations, security breaches, or detected emergencies. Coordinate with other departments for evacuation or staff protection if necessary. Review of Past Incidents: Review previous recordings to assist in investigations, verifying reported events. System Maintenance and Supervision: Verify that cameras and the CCTV system are functioning properly, perform basic preventive maintenance, and report technical failures to the appropriate department. GPS Monitor Responsibilities: Vehicle/Asset Tracking: Monitor in real time the location and routes of vehicles or assets via installed GPS devices. Detect possible deviations, unauthorized stops, unusual routes, or prolonged stops. Alerts and Notifications: Set up alerts for speed, entry or exit from predefined geographic zones (geofences), and other relevant events (such as engine ignition or movement outside scheduled hours). Respond to any alert by informing responsible parties or coordinating appropriate actions. Report Generation: Create reports on the behavior of monitored vehicles or assets, detailing routes, arrival times, fuel consumption, and other relevant data. Analyze behavioral patterns and offer suggestions for route optimization or improved asset management. Emergency or Incident Response: In critical situations (accidents, thefts, security incidents), the monitor must coordinate emergency response using GPS data and collaborate with local authorities if necessary. Provide assistance to drivers or vehicle operators during emergencies, facilitating their exact location. GPS System Maintenance and Supervision: Ensure all GPS devices are functioning correctly. Monitor GPS system data and perform diagnostics if any technical failure occurs.
