(Be familiar with the menu and beverage and liquor list to provide information to customers, if necessary). * For customers waiting, inform them of the estimated wait time before assigning them a space. * Manage reservations, if applicable, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date record. * Resolve complaints immediately.
