Inpro Telecom, a leading company in the telecommunications sector, is looking for a **Monitoring Analyst** for our NOC (Network Operations Center) to join our team with the objective of monitoring telecommunications infrastructure, identifying and resolving network issues, and guaranteeing continuous service availability. **Responsibilities:** * Operate, monitor, and ensure the stability and proper functioning of services. * Proactively detect service failures and work toward their prompt resolution. * Provide support to resolve technical issues related to service failures. * Document and track incidents for each service until the reported failure is satisfactorily resolved. * Prepare requested reports with quality, delivering them on time and as required. * Provide high-quality call handling and excellent customer service. **Requirements:** * Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electronics, or related fields. * **Availability to rotate 12-hour shifts /** ***Availability of time.*** * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar position. * Intermediate theoretical knowledge of Optical Fiber. * Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts. * Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **We Offer:** * Competitive salary based on experience. * Statutory benefits. * Hybrid work arrangement (50% on-site / 50% remote). * Opportunities for growth and professional development.
