**JOB OBJECTIVE** Ensure the proper operation, integration and technological evolution of the company by managing **digital marketing, internal systems, ERP, technology infrastructure and platforms**, to improve operational efficiency, strengthen digital presence and prepare the company for growth toward a digital and green platform model. **MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **1. Digital marketing and online presence** * Supervise and coordinate: * Social media (content, posts, messages) * Corporate website * Commercial landing pages * Ensure consistency among brand, message and sustainable value proposition. * Coordinate digital campaigns with vendors (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.). * Measure digital performance (leads, traffic, conversions). **2. Internal systems and technology administration** * Supervise the **programs and software** used by the company: * Administrative and operational computers * Software licenses * Maintain information order, security and backup. * Coordinate internal or external technical support. **3. ERP and digital tools** * Administer and optimize the use of **Odoo (ERP)**: * Users and permissions * Core workflows (sales, invoicing, reporting) * Identify opportunities for automation. * Train key users on correct system usage. **4. Technology infrastructure** * Supervise: * Servers * Website hosting * Corporate email * Databases * Ensure periodic backups and operational continuity. * Coordinate improvements or migrations when necessary. **5. Support for key departments** * Support Sales with: * CRM * Digital forms * Lead automation * Support Finance with: * ERP reports * Access and user control * Support Quality and Operations with: * Digital checklists * Photographic evidence * Automated reports **6.
