**We are hiring a Pharmacy Manager!** Pharmaceutical Sector At **Comercializadora Farmacéutica del Soconusco**, we are looking for a Pharmacy Manager with leadership skills, operational experience, and extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations to supervise, coordinate, and ensure the proper functioning of the department. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise daily pharmacy operations and ensure compliance with internal procedures. * Lead and coordinate team members (dispensing, inventory management, control, cashier). * Manage inventories: receiving, storage, rotation, returns, and reporting. * Verify accurate dispensing of medications and supplies. * Keep department documentation updated and ensure traceability. * Coordinate internal and external audits as well as improvement plans. * Ensure proper use, preservation, and organization of the pharmacy area. * Report metrics, indicators, and department performance to management. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in pharmacy areas, pharmaceutical warehouses, or medication control. * Experience leading teams. * Proficiency with inventory systems and Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational, decision-making, and effective communication skills. **We Offer:** * Base salary. * Statutory benefits. * Job stability and growth opportunities. * Continuous training. * Excellent work environment.
